How to disable specific plugins when a certain plugin is disabled?

Imagine you want to disable all the WooCommerce add-ons when WooCommerce is disabled.

Go to Freesoul Deactivate Plugins => Miscellaneous => By Plugin
Disable all the WooCommerce add-ons on the row related to WooCommerce
Save the changes
